    Farewell WordPress.

    WordPress,

Its been fun while it lasted. But unfortunately, you’re not as flexible as Blogger. Its not your fault. Its mine. Perhaps I’m too demanding and lacking the necessary CSS, HTML coding skills… I’m too impatient when it comes to uploading multiple photos: add image > media gallery > select picture 1 > media gallery > select picture 2. And maybe I’m too picky with the free default themes available. Yes, I know I’m grateful for all the free themes. But, just not my cup of tea. Actually, I don’t even know how to align my photos and change the font.
I hope you understand. Best of luck in the future.

    Sincerely

    HONEYHYPE.

Guys can do fashion blogs too!! Mayao hangs with Hong Kong’s A-listers and is bringing his unique flair of fashion to HK. His Louboutin Freddy’s are so hot (along with his Givenchy wedges too!) !!
And that is a Cambridge Satchel I see… meanwhile its coming on to the 8th week since ordering the Satchel. They must be inundated with orders I presume. Exams are creeping up, so this the heightened procrastination period. I spent half of my Sunday watching Wong Fu Productions and catching up on Fringe. Ought to get a slap on the wrist…

    Hot Mom.

After I have children, I still wanna look this good.
    She is so amazing.
Desperately wanting to go to Hong Kong for all the fashion and visit LigerStore.

On the topic of Hong Kong, I saw that fellow blogger Denise had discovered HONG KONG STREET STYLE blog. Even though having been in Australia for so long, Hong Kong is still a large part of me. And because I am in Australia, it is blogs like these that make me uber excited that I can finally see the daily fashion happenings of Hong Kong.

I have an impulse to start a streetstyle blog for Brisbane. Ha!

    Fixie.

    小綠倒退嚕

When was the last time I rode a bike?
    ..
    ….
    ……
    I don’t remember.

Call me superficial, but I was initially captivated by the colourful style of these fixed gear bikes or better known as “fixies”. Whilst browsing through my flickr contact, I stumbled across these pictures of Fixed Gear Girls from Taiwan (FGGT). Basically a group of girls with their bikes who get together for a ride or travel around and have photo shoots. Simple, yet sounds like lots of fun to me! However, knowing me I will probably incur some injury before I reach 100m. My primary concern though is actually the wearing of a helmet… (yes, I am a girl after all.) Apparently a $300 fine if you get caught riding without a helmet? Geez. Nevertheless, FGGB (Brisbane) anyone?
    Check out their blog: http://fixedgeargirltaiwan.blogspot.com/

Wow, they look badass. I think my town has a fine for not wearing a helmet too.

        Yeh tell me bout it!
But, I suppose helmets are better than cracking your head open right XD

lol, do you mean quinton? some people really put a lot of effort into doing up their bikes!

In Belgium, cycling is the most normal thing ever. Everyone rides a bike here. I go to school by bike everyday, as well as 3/4 of my high school. Thats like 500 people. I actually don’t wear a helmet, I don’t know why. The government encourages it, but you don’t get fined. Nobody wears a helmet, actually. Maybe 2 people of my school.

      Xx

I wish that was the case in Australia! Besides early sunday morning, I rarely see any bikes on the road. But I guess that’s because everything is so spread out – you might have to ride 5km+ to get to the shops. Thanks for stopping by 🙂

That’s almost the distance from my house-school :’D
But I guess if you’re not used to it, that you’d be tired very fast and that it’s actually very far away. Xx

      It looks awesome 😀

Wish cycling was more common here in AU….

I need to live in New Farm or Southbank! It would be so nice to ride around to the cafes & along the river on weekends. ^^

    Fabulous.

    Elegant lady.

Let me introduce you to the mini ME!!
At this age, I never thought I’d be into dolls. But thought this little lady is stunning. Actually, there are so many pretty Blythes that look so beautiful and real collectors would pay a crazy amount of money to get the limited editions one. Some are over $1,000 and yes, there are people who do buy them. You’ll be seeing her in more of my pictures soon! Oh, I haven’t thought of a name for her yet. Suggestions?

There’s a time for everything, and right now that is study. So before we all hide away, we’ll just have one more night of fun. The excuse is my belated birthday party… even though my birthday was over a month ago. I can’t say it enough: THANK YOU TO ALL MY PRETTY LADIES & HANDSOME GENTLEMEN!! It means a lot to me & I’m ever so lucky to have met such a great bunch of people. Tissue please…

Stunning lady, Julian. Funny thing is we both wore the exact same style dress without even knowing beforehand. What great taste you have. Amazing pic!

Thanks so much for the Lomo Oktomat!! You guys know me all too well! Can’t wait to put a roll of film through it!!

    Cheers!

I must really thank Maggie because if it wasn’t for her random loudness in our class when we met, I would’ve been too shy to introduce myself to the group and wouldn’t have known you like I do now. We’re like, long lost sisters.

    Sweetest couple M & J, with D – such a funny guy.

Ahhh there are so many more photos I wanna share! But I think I’ll overload the page here. Head over to flickr!

After missing out on the photography event by Replay Productions, I thought I would do a walkaround of the streets of Brisbane CBD. What you would normally walk passed or drive by seems different when you have a different mindset: rushing to work or to catch the next bus as opposed to walking slowly with camera in hand and with no particular purpose but to admire the scenery. The daily routine is so fast-paced that we often fail to notice little things around us. Just slow it down when you can and enjoy life.

Tip: Changing the aspect ratio (size/dimensions) of your photographs gives you a different perspective of your objects or scene. It also forces you to think about the composition and what you should include or exclude in your frame.

Happy Birthday to you, and you, and especially you SKW.
When you have a break, take it & enjoy it. Why only go back half-fulfilled and end up with more distractions? Its necessary to recharge and go back to reality fresh and on the ball, ready to tackle the dragging long days of boringness.

Just when you feel that life is moving a long a straight-line, being unproductive, unsatisfied, unhappy… you need to find what you’re passionate about again and feel that sense of excitement with something to look forward to.
New people comes new inspiration. More energy comes more motivation.
Goodbye September. See you next year.

    Diana Mini

Its my turn! First time using half-frame cameras. I’m being so generous with the shots now because one roll of 36 exposures = 72 half-frame shots. Or you can switch it to square format. Although its just a cheapy plastic camera, the price also goes towards to the interesting and thoughtful packaging. I love the little book that comes with it. Makes me more excited about shooting with it.

    London Eye

Oh did I mention Diana Mini now comes in WHITE!!

For those actually interested in vintage half-frame cameras, do a search on Olympus Pen EE, Canon Demi EE and Ricoh Auto-half.

But for now, I must resume editing my assignment.
    Sigh.

    For Adoption.

    I think its time.

For adoption: Nikon D90 DSLR camera body.
What an amazing camera its been. Seriously. Everything that any beginner or intermediate level user could ask for. I have babied this and it is MINT. Besides the technical stuff, what makes this camera so good is its built quality, the ergonomics, and obviously because its NIKON. If its not for my crazy camera obsession, I would keep this forever.

    RRP: $1400

    MY PRICE: $850

One of the pics taken using this camera:
