I don’t remember.

Call me superficial, but I was initially captivated by the colourful style of these fixed gear bikes or better known as “fixies”. Whilst browsing through my flickr contact, I stumbled across these pictures of Fixed Gear Girls from Taiwan (FGGT). Basically a group of girls with their bikes who get together for a ride or travel around and have photo shoots. Simple, yet sounds like lots of fun to me! However, knowing me I will probably incur some injury before I reach 100m. My primary concern though is actually the wearing of a helmet… (yes, I am a girl after all.) Apparently a $300 fine if you get caught riding without a helmet? Geez. Nevertheless, FGGB (Brisbane) anyone?

There’s something attractive about bike riding. When you’re flowing on a bike, its so peaceful and calming – definitely needed in amongst the hectic schedules and stresses of daily life.
