Its about 12 degrees tonight so super good time for ICE CREAM! Baskin Robbins again and as promised, picture of tea & scones. Ughhh but I feel quite sick now from eating it. Half way through it, I ended up just trying to find the scone pieces and scrapping all the cream. Sugar overload

My head likes to play tricks on me. When I really try to get some work done, I almost always end up clicking away on the internet no matter where it takes me. Somehow rather, I end up having several windows open with my fav online shopping sites (weird huh?). The other day when I actually switched my computer off for a day and actually read my books, I got a migraine. It was so bad, I couldn’t do anything. Best thing for a migraine is to lay in complete darkness.

Had a family day trip to Recliffe for some seafood. Hadn’t been there for awhile so it was pretty chill. Also had some Baskin Robbins before heading home. Discovered a new flavour: Tea & Jam Scones! Yummmmm really gotta try it. Forgot to take a pic of it.. oh well, means I just gotta go back and get some more next time.

I was sitting in the library today with just my book and study notes. No laptop to distract me or people to talk to. Perfect environment to clear my head and study right?

WRONG.

Well besides thinking about what to write on my blog next, I was brainstorming ideas for what I can officially call my blog (and actually keep it). Once I thought of some words that I thought were clever and original, I googled them and guess what… taken! Thus, I looked to urbandictionary for some inspiration. Is it just me or most of the definitions are quite vulgar? Interesting.
Anyways, still haven’t come up with anything ground breaking. My tendency of being indecisive and being a perfectionist really doesn’t help either.

Any ideas??

G10.

This is definitely worth the hype.
Feels great to have more than 2MP in my pockets; actually I now have a whole 14.7MP. Although it can take a 14.7MP quality photo, realistically, 5 – 10 MP is quite enough as most people won’t print a photo that size anyway. Still, for those people who like clarity when zooming up to detail, or those who just find it amusing zooming up ppl’s flaws, then a higher megapixel wouldn’t go astray.

Someone suggested that I should shoot in RAW format cos there’s a lot more flexibility when it comes to post-photo editing. Downside to this is that the file sizes are massive and photo-editing takes some time to do.

After deciding not to do those optional assignments, there’s less stress and more time to enjoy the holidays! Yaybo!! Shopping with mum, playing guitar heroes at Bee’s place, catching up with my lovely ppl and progressively studying.

Excuse the quality of the photos from my iPhone – i just have to make do for now since I don’t have my compact digi anymore. I’ve been looking for the Canon Powershot G10 for ages, but everywhere is out of stock – at the stores and online!! Is this camera really that good? Actually, its making me want to buy it even more now.

I showed D, a designer, my try-hard attempt at making a logo… of course its not pro, but hearing it from a designer really makes me want to re-do the whole thing all over again. Listening to him pick at it doesn’t offend me; actually, its rather motivating. Once I get pro at using Photoshop and InDesign, maybe I’ll show him again… actually its quite embarrassing now that I think about it… showed a designer my grade one rushed bunch of shapes and colours =(
